Louise Sauv Blanc Barrel-Aged Saison
Brewed in winter of 2017. Primary fermentation in stainless with Belgian DuPont Saison yeast. Secondary fermentation in California Sauvignon Blanc Oak barrels with Brett Drei yeast. Fruity, spicy, and dry, with a crisp, Sauvignon Blanc influenced bright and delicate character.
In honor of the roadtrips and adventures that shape our lives. Tropical and apricot notes without a lot of bitterness. Bright tangerine and mango flavor featuring heavy doses of Amarillo, Citra, and El Dorado hops. Soft malt bill featuring Maine Malt House and Maine Grains.
